Shipping Policy
We dispatch every order from within the European Union, so delivery across Europe is fast and convenient. EU delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, and orders of €50 or more qualify for free EU shipping. We also ship worldwide; international delivery usually takes 10–14 business days. Delivery times are estimates, and local customs duties or taxes may apply outside the EU.

Returns & Refunds
Changed your mind? You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unused and undamaged, and should be returned in their original packaging where possible. Please contact us before sending anything back. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Once the return is received and inspected, an approved refund will be sent to the original payment method. Your statutory rights are not affected.
